Madison Durr has over 20 years of experience working with youth sports and currently serving Director of Operations for Georgia Xclusive Basketball Academy (GXBA).

Madison Durr is an original founding member and the first President of Georgia Xclusive Basketball.  He’s a native of Chicago and graduated from suburban Proviso East High School in Maywood, Illinois which has a legacy of producing professional basketball players.  Even prior to High School he was introduced to basketball early on the concrete courts of the Southside of Chicago.  These courts in the Chicagoland area have produced many of the greatest players in College and National Basketball Association (NBA).   Madison grew up with and was surrounded by several players that’s in the College and NBA Hall of Fame.   He has maintained life-long friendships and current continues mentor players on the collegiate and professional levels.

Madison is a military veteran that has sixteen years of service and holds a master’s degree in business.  He’s held leadership roles in government, private, and public sectors.  He’s worked as teacher on the both the middle and high school levels as well mentorship in Atlanta Public Schools.  In addition, Madison has launch school sports programs, held positions on school boards, member of non-profit executive boards, along with being a Head Coach, and tenure as Athletic Director.
